- Only high-quality products are offered for sale at www.jemitalia.it.
- The products should be used in accordance with the instructions for use on the relevant packaging or in the attached instruction booklets and their characteristics.

PRODUCT PRICES
- Product purchase prices are those resulting from the price list at the time of order, unless discounts are applied due to explicit promotions or agreed with the customer.
- Product prices may be changed at any time by simple publication on this site. However, the prices applied will be those in effect at the time the order is sent regardless of any subsequent changes to them.
- Product prices include value-added tax (VAT) unless otherwise specified (lists dedicated to professionals in the field) and will be increased by shipping costs. Any customs and duty charges for countries outside the EEC are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders at www.jemitalia.it can be placed anytime, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Purchasing on Kepro is very simple, just follow the directions below:

You are bound to your order once you click on the “submit order” button. By clicking this button we receive your order as displayed on the final screen. Once we receive your order, an automatic acknowledgement will be displayed containing your order number and purchase details. The purchase agreement is thus concluded. A copy of the confirmation receipt will be sent to your e-mail address.
Kepro World Spa reserves the right not to accept an order or to cancel it even after the initial acceptance, without any liability for costs or damages in general arising therefrom, in the following cases:
– billing information is not correct or verifiable.
– inability to deliver to the address provided (e.g., wrong address, consumer unavailability).
We will send you confirmation of billing by e-mail as soon as the product leaves our warehouse.
You can check the status of the order online. The order will be defined in the following types:
– In preparation (the order has been received but not yet shipped)
– Shipped (the ordered items have been delivered to the carrier)

ORDER FULFILLMENT AND PRODUCT SHIPMENT
Ordered products will be delivered to the address given by the buyer when ordering. It is recommended that you leave a manned address (home or work) for certain.
– No delivery to P.O. boxes/stop mail.
– All deliveries are by return receipt to be signed.
– At least three delivery attempts are made to the address on the order.
– Delivery time begins the moment we have received payment. Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer is required to check:
– that the package is undamaged, not damaged or tampered with; if not, please do not pick up the goods and do not sign any receipt documents.
– that the number of packages received corresponds to what is indicated in the letter/terminal from the carrier.
If at the time of delivery the product is damaged, defective or visibly tampered with, please do not pick up the goods and do not sign any receipt documents.
You must give notice to Kepro Spa no later than 7 working days from the date of receipt of goods. If the number of packages does not match the number of packages reported in the carrier’s letter/terminal, please sign the waybill only for the quantity of packages actually received. Thereafter, please notify us, no later than 7 working days from the date of receipt of goods, of the number of missing packages by writing to our customer service department at info@kepro.it.”
The customer’s signing of the delivery note should be understood as an attestation of receipt of all packages.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND ITS EFFECTS
Kepro World guarantees its customers the possibility of benefiting from all the protections provided by law, in particular, for the conclusion of distance contracts under Legislative Decree 206/ 2005 (“Consumer Code”).
Case histories of returns:
- Damaged products: products were not delivered intact or have defects and anomalies.
- Wrong products: you received a different product than you ordered
- order cancellation: you wish to cancel your order
Return procedure:

You will receive e-mail instructions for making the return shipment
We suggest that you book your pickup within 7 days of the delivery of your order to ensure that it arrives within the allotted 14 days.
Returned items must meet our criteria:
- Items must be returned intact and unused, with all labels attached and original packaging included.
- Cosmetic and beauty products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals still intact.
If any of these conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept the previously authorized return.
RETURN OF GOODS: TIMING
We offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on all items that are returned within 14 days of the delivery date and provide free pickup service for all returns.
We suggest that you book your pickup within 7 days of the delivery of your order to ensure that it arrives within the allotted 14 days.
Return costs will be borne by Kepro World for:
- Returns made within 14 days of the order delivery date
Upon acceptance of the return request, Kepro will forward shipping instructions to the customer.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and accepted by the company, the refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. You will be able to check the status of your return in your Account, under “Orders and Returns.”
If your return meets the eligibility criteria, we may make a full refund or in the form of a KEPRO credit based on your preference; the amount will be deducted from your total spend at checkout for your next order.

Only in the event that the equipment is found to be faulty or defective by manufacture, the warranty provides for the replacement, free of charge, of the non-consumable or wear-and-tear parts constituting the equipment.
Under the provisions of the Consumer Code, products sold to consumers are guaranteed for two years from delivery for any lack of conformity.
In case a self-employed person with VAT number purchases equipment, the warranty of such goods is only one year in case an invoice is requested.

STANDARD SHIPMENT
Usual delivery time 1-3 business days (for Calabria, Campania, and Islands shipping may take an additional day). For the private consumer, shipping is free for orders of 30 euros, for lower orders shipping will cost 5 euros.
For the professional consumer, shipping is free.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Qualified staff, handles damage paperwork, providing assistance and advice on returns, information on time and cost of a repair, estimates, sharpening, etc.
Technical service includes various activities: repair or replacement of Kepro brand electrical equipment. Sharpening and repair of scissors.

CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SERVICE
The material sent in for repair or sharpening must be accompanied by a transport document and a brief data sheet describing any anomalies found. This allows us to handle each repair or replacement file more efficiently and quickly.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Web site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
